What even are these "knots" I always hear about from massage therapists?
Taken from the NASM textbook as follow:
     "Pattern Overload. Muscular imbalances are highly prevalent in today's society and  are often caused by pattern overload. Pattern overload is consistently repeating the same pattern of motion, such as baseball pitching, long-distance running, cycling, which with time places abnormal stresses on the body."

The Benefits of Black Coffee

 One of the things I started doing is drinking black coffee in the morning after I get back from the gym. Once in a while I'll put some brown sugar in there, but I try not to do this often. I'll make a lot of black coffee one day, then I'll put the whole pot in the refrigerator for the next few days. Each morning I'll have about a mug or two of black coffee. ​
