The Process: Some Considerations



  • Book your massage appointment by clicking any of the "Book Now" buttons you see throughout this website


  • Arrive at Sozo family chiropractic - 1711 Green Bay Rd (hwy 31) Kenosha WI 53144 for your IN-OFFICE massage. Please arrive about five minutes early. If it's a mobile massage, I will arrive at your place of residents and will call/text you to notify you I have arrived.

  • Fill out a short one-page intake form, and use the bathroom if you need to.

  • Before the massage, I will have a brief intake with you where I find out more about you: your health history, surgeries or accidents, your problem areas and where you would like to focus on. I will explain what to expect for the massage.

  • I will leave the room and let you get undressed and get on to the table under the sheet. Undress to your comfort level. You can leave your underwear on if you wish, but please take off your shirts and pants, plus any jewelry you might be wearing.

  • Please take off your necklace! If you have long hair, please put your hair in a high bun off the neck Also, please quiet you cell.

  • Then proceed to get onto the massage table, under the sheets and blankets, face down with your face inside the face cradle.

  • After the massage is finished, I will go wash my hands and let you get dressed. When you're ready, I will knock on the door. I will then go over my findings with you and will discuss payment options with you. We do NOT take insurance.

  • Payment Options: Payment happens at the end of the session. I do not charge your credit card unless you no-show. Below are images of the payment options that you can use for payment. I do not currently take insurance of any kind.

    • Square is a credit card processor. They take basically any credit card. They also ​take Apple Pay!
